PĂDUCEL
BENEFICII & PRECAUŢII
Păducelul este un arbust din familia Rosaceae, are florile albe și fructele roșii ce au un miros caracteristic și un gust amărui. Din ele se obțin extracte care sunt folosite în primul rând, la ameliorarea tulburărilor legate de problemele cardiace cu substrat nervos.
Primul studiu despre păducel, publicat în 1896, a raportat 43 de pacienți care suferă de diferite forme de boli de inimă, care au fost tratați cu păducel cu rezultate promițătoare.
Frunzele, florile și fructele de păducel conțin o abundență de fitonutrienți (antioxidanți) numiți proantocianidine oligomerice și flavonoide, despre care se crede că sunt responsabile pentru efectele sale farmacologice.
Digoxina
Digoxina ajută inima să bată mai puternic, iar administrarea impreună cu păducelului ar putea crește efectele digoxinei și riscul de efecte secundare.
Nitraţi
Păducelul mărește fluxul de sânge, iar administrarea cu nitroglicerina poate conduce la stări de ameţeală şi apariţia unor efecte secundare nedorite.
Beta-blocante
Administrarea extractului de păducel împreună cu medicamente din această clasă precum atenolol, metoprolol, propranolol, poate conduce la scăderea marcantă a tensiunii arteriale.
Blocante ale canalelor de calciu
Administrarea extractului de păducel împreună cu medicamente din această clasă precum nifedipină , diltiazem , amlodipină , felodipină , poate conduce la scăderea marcantă a tensiunii arteriale.
Inhibitori de fosfodiesterază-5
Administrarea extractului de păducel împreună cu medicamente din această clasă precum sildenafil , tadalafil , vardenafil , poate conduce la scăderea marcantă a tensiunii arteriale.
